"This trip to the United States was very memorable and precious, especially in those days of the Spurs camp, which left a deep impression on me. I used to play basketball badly, so I was timid at first. But the enthusiasm of the coach and teammates changed my mindset. The teammates did not laugh at me because I was backward, but encouraged me when it was my turn to pitch and congratulated me when I succeeded. The coach was strict and he taught me many basketball skills.
When playing games, he did not blame us for falling behind. On the contrary, he gave us a refined analysis of gains and losses, and point out the direction. The coach had always adhered to the purpose of being happy first and playing second. This had greatly relieved my nervousness about basketball.
Due to the schedule, we needed to leave early. I really missed my teammates and my coach. Even though our team did not win the championship, our team was still the best team in my mind. My teammates were the best and my coach was the best.
A lot of sweat shed on the basketball court, leaving a lot of memories. Never give up! This is the spirit of basketball, but also the motto of my life in the future! Go Spurs Go!"

"My journey to the U.S.A is finished, and I really learnt a lot from it.
The most exciting place is the Spurs Overnight Camp. I love watching basketball games very much. It was very exciting for me to have a chance to see NBA players and play basketball with foreign teenagers. In fact, it was tiring to play basketball for such a long time on the first day, but soon I began to enjoy playing in the game and I made a lot of friends in the camp. All the hard work will be paid off. My team(the Lynx)became the champion in the end."

"This trip to the United States really made me grow a lot. I learned how to take care of myself. In the Spurs camp sweating training, I understood The importance of unity and hard work. At the same time, my trip to the United States also allowed me to reap friendships, meet many new friends, and appreciate the cultural connotations of foreign countries. At the same time, I deeply realized my shortcomings. Compared with my peers of the same age abroad, we are confident. There are indeed some gaps with expressiveness. I understand how to improve myself. After visiting several prestigious universities in Los Angeles, I began to look forward to the future, maybe that's my ideal campus, and it will give me the motivation to move forward."

"This trip to the United States was like a dream. A dream that I would never forget was the basketball camp. I'm actually not good at playing basketball. I always feel ashamed before the trip. On the first night, we arrived at the basketball camp, we randomly divided into groups and played several games. Sure enough, the girls from all over the country were so good. At that time, I felt like I was the one who "can never touch the ball". However, our group coach, Coach E. always encouraged us, and also asked other teammates to help us a lot, I appreciated Coach E, he helped us a lot these days. The training in the basketball camp was hard, but no matter what, I committed to play until the end.
Time always passed inadvertently, and in an instant, it was time to leave again. I high-five each other and they said to me, "See you next time." I know that when we leave, the championship would continue. And now the results had come out. Although our team did not win the championship, I believed that my team enjoyed the process of sweating on the playing field. Now that I have returned to China, I often have the scene of the basketball camp in my mind, and the corners of my mouth are slightly raised. This wonderful dream is a memory buried in my heart!"
